Role Description

We’re looking for a driven Sales Enterprise Specialist to help grow our enterprise and retail business. You’ll identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is dynamic, persuasive, and experienced in B2B or enterprise sales—preferably in the IT industry.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise and retail clients, building a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Connect with prospects, assess needs, present tailored solutions, and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver impactful presentations and product demos.
  • Prepare proposals, support negotiations, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Track client interactions, manage pipeline data, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B or IT sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive
  • Able to bring your own device (laptop) to work
  • Willing to work on-site in Jakarta Barat
